Six Piece Suits offers a full-service, professional wedding entertainment experience, designed to create unforgettable moments from start to finish. We start with a sophisticated piano and saxophone duet to set the perfect mood for your cocktail hour. For the main ceremony, we provide elegant music tailored to your taste, enhancing the atmosphere of your special day. When it’s time to celebrate, our live band brings the energy, building up the party with dance-floor favorites that keep your guests on their feet. With concert-level lighting, sound, staging, and wireless microphones for the bride, groom, officiant, and speeches, every detail is handled with the utmost professionalism. Six Piece Suits combines class and fun seamlessly, ensuring your wedding is as elegant as it is unforgettable. From the first note to the final dance, we bring the party to life at just the right moments! Each event is unique, and the associated costs will be determined based on the specifics discussed during our consultation.
Cancellation Policy
THIS CONTRACT for the services of the music and/or entertainment described below made between the undersigned Purchaser of music and/or entertainment (hereinafter called the Purchaser) and the undersigned Artist(s) (plus any accompanying musicians and/or entertainers) as described below, an independent contractor(s), (hereinafter called the "Artist"). Method of Payment as Follows: Non-refundable deposit, Payable to Kyle Hooks with return of contract Balance due, Payable to Kyle Hooks in cash or check immediately upon conclusion of engagement. In case of default by the Purchaser: liquidated damages of the Artist will be the amount stated in BALANCE in Section 7, plus reasonable attorney's fees and court costs. Deposit will be retained by AGENT for services performed. - SOUND provided by ARTIST, LIGHTS provided by ARTIST, POWER provided by Purchaser and/or the venue Dry, safe STAGE area provided by Purchase and/or the venue - BREAKS: Of 4-hour engagement, a total of one hour will be for breaks, during which the Artist will provide music - Guidelines For Private Parties: Band member and personnel will refrain from eating or drinking on the premises of all private parties if Purchaser requests - In the event there is any precipitation or leaks onto the stage area during setup or performance, the Artist reserves the right to cancel the performance and receive payment in full. - The Artist shall at all times have complete direction and control over the details of the performance of the services by Artist as well as the ends to be accomplished, including, but not limited to, song choice, musical direction, outfits, and visual entertainment. The leader shall, as agent of the Purchaser, enforce disciplinary measures for just cause, and carry out instructions as to the selection and manner of performance
